The ZUNI blanket was originally woven by J. Capps and Sons. They were the first woolen mill to document making Indian trade blankets on June 19, 1892. This blanket uses the "interlocking claw" as the basic design. One thousand years ago this design stretched from the 4 Corners to Machu Pichu.
